One of the increasingly relevant and challenging fields is Informatics/Computer Science, which requires mastery of algorithmic concepts, programming, and computational logic. However, conventional training methods are often unable to answer the dynamics of flexible, effective, and broad-reaching learning needs. Therefore, the Blended E-Learning approach—a combination of online and face-to-face learning—is needed to optimize the training process. This objective is to design a Blended E-Learning-based training model that is adaptive, structured, and oriented towards achieving UTBK competencies in Informatics. The methodology used includes analyzing participant needs, designing curriculum, developing digital learning media, and implementing learning outcome evaluations. The results of the study show that the Blended E-Learning approach is able to increase student engagement, strengthen mastery of the material, and provide a more flexible and efficient learning space. With systematic implementation and appropriate technological support, this training model is expected to be a strategic alternative in improving students' academic readiness and expanding access to quality education in the field of Informatics/Computers.
2025-08-06T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Basiroh Basiroh, Aninditawidagda Pandam Sudaryanto, Rifqi Fauzi Rahmadzani https://mail.journalunwidha.com/index.php/widharma/article/view/403 MENGEMBANGKAN TOLERANSI MASYARAKAT MELALUI PILOT PROJECT DESA PANCASILA 2025-08-02T11:01:00+07:00 Warsito warsito.unwidha@gmail.com Dhiva Maulida Rizqi Nur’aini dhivamaulida13@student.uns.ac.id Wisnu Nugroho Aji wisnugroaji@gmail.com Septiana Wijayanti septiana.wijaya28@gmail.com Sukasih Ratna Widayanti ratnawisnumurti@gmail.com Gunawan Budi Santoso gunawan@unwidha.ac.id
Globalization has not only had a positive impact on tolerance, but also a negative one. This study has three objectives: (1) to determine the implementation model for the Pancasila Village pilot project in developing community tolerance, (2) to identify the reasons why the launch of the Pancasila Village is appropriate at this time, and (3) to determine the extent of community participation in ensuring the success of Pancasila Village programs. This community service activity was carried out through methods of outreach, training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability. The study concluded that, first, the implementation model for the Pancasila Village pilot project in developing community tolerance involved both physical and non-physical activities. Physical activities included installing street signs, displaying the national emblem on each house, and naming the Ngemplak Village field as the Pancasila Village Field. Non-physical activities included focus group discussions (FGDs), outreach, outreach, and so on. Second, the rationale for declaring Ngemplak Village a Pancasila Village is appropriate at this time because of the deviant behaviors and inferiority complexes resulting from globalization. Third, community participation in the success of the Pancasila Village, in efforts to develop societal tolerance, is significant and urgent.
2025-08-07T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Warsito, Dhiva Maulida Rizqi Nur’aini, Wisnu Nugroho Aji, Septiana Wijayanti, Sukasih Ratna Widayanti, Gunawan Budi Santoso https://mail.journalunwidha.com/index.php/widharma/article/view/404 KOLABORASI PENDIDIKAN VOKASI DENGAN TEKNOLOGI AI: TREN TEKNOLOGI AI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI SISWA SMK 2 KLATEN 2025-08-09T10:49:45+07:00 Aryati Wuryandari aryatiwuryandari@unwidha.ac.id Hendro Joko Prasetyo hendromkom@unwidha.ac.id Muryanto muryanto@unwidha.ac.id
The technological transformation of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the shift towards Society 5.0 have fundamentally changed the social, economic, and educational landscape. Vocational High Schools (SMK), as the vanguard of vocational education, play a strategic role in producing skilled workers who are ready to face the challenges of technology-based industries, particularly those related to artificial intelligence (AI). However, there is a gap between industry needs and the competencies of students and teachers at vocational schools. To address this, the Diploma 3 Vocational Study Program in Informatics Management at Widya Dharma University, Klaten (Unwidha) conducted an introductory training on AI technology for students of SMK Negeri 2 Klaten. This activity aims to improve technological literacy and student readiness for the increasingly AI-dominated workforce. The implementation method included lectures, discussions, and practical training, with a focus on introducing basic AI concepts and their practical applications. The results of the activity showed an increase in students' understanding and skills in AI technology, as well as strengthening collaboration between higher education and vocational education. It is hoped that this activity can be continued and integrated into the vocational education curriculum to increase the relevance of learning to industry needs.

Keywords : Vocational High Schools, AI skills, AI technology, vocational education
2025-08-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Aryati Wuryandari, Hendro Joko Prasetyo, Muryanto
